Privacy Policy
Effective 28 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data gambinoo.com handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
gambinoo.com is an independent visitor guide maintained by Lido Editorial. For any question about your data, write to info@gambinoo.com. We are not connected to Casino Hotel Velden or its operator; data you give the hotel when you book is governed by the hotel's own privacy notice.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you choose, your message and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or fingerprinting scripts, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Like any web server, ours records technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
Why we use it
Contact form data is used only to read and answer your message, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in correcting the guide. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect replies already sent.
Who receives it
Messages are delivered by email to the editors through our mail provider, which processes them on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with the hotel, the casino, booking portals or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Messages are deleted within twelve months of the conversation ending, unless a longer period is needed to deal with a dispute.
Browser storage
The site stores one small entry in your browser's local storage: your cookie choice. It contains no personal data. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its use, and object to processing. Write to info@gambinoo.com. If you are in the European Economic Area you may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde.
Changes
If we change how data is handled, for example by adding analytics, this page will be updated and the effective date changed before the new processing starts.
